For Case Manager
We provide a broad range of products and services and will
gladly discuss your case and assist you with a cost-effective
solution to your patient's needs. Call or email us or use

For Discharge Planners
We specialize in supporting the needs of the patient in their home.
In planning for the discharge of your patients, call or email us
and we can help serve their needs in the home. When
necessary, we will deliver the equipment to the patient’s room
and train them prior to discharge.

For Other Providers
As a full line HME provider, we work closely with home
health agencies, hospice, IV providers, nursing homes,
pharmacies and other HME providers to coordinate the
